Calculating greatest common divisor series: $\gcd(1,x)+\gcd(2,x)+\gcd(3,x)+....+\gcd(x,x)$ [closed]

How to compute the value of $$[\gcd(1,x)+\gcd(2,x)+\gcd(3,x)+....+\gcd(x,x)]$$ efficiently? When x can be as large as million.
