Isomorphism between weighted Sobolev spaces via Laplace operator

Question

My question is on weighted Sobolev spaces $W^{k,2}_{\delta}(\mathbb R^n)$ and whether I can find a good reference that states when is the following mapping $$ \Delta: H^2_{\delta}(\mathbb R^n) \to L^2_{\delta+2}(\mathbb R^n),$$ is an isomorphism.
