I cannot find the following 4 papers by Sekiguchi–Suwa in their works on Kummer–Artin–Schreier–Witt theory:

  4. Theorie de Kummer–Artin–Schreier, C. R. Acad. Sci. Paris 312 (1991), 417-420.

I will be very happy if someone can help me.

  • $\begingroup$ @Emily Thank you very much. Exactly 2,3 and 4 are what you kindly shared, Unfortunately, 2 is in Japanese! I thought it is English. But, the most comprehensive reference is 1, as I saw on Sekiguchi's page it is a 90-page paper. $\endgroup$

    $\begingroup$ My pleasure! I tried to look for 1 too, but ultimately failed :/. Maybe you could try emailing Sekiguchi or Suwa (I think this email might work for Sekiguchi: [email protected] and it seems you can contact Suwa using this link) $\endgroup$
