There is not even any decent theory of quantum gravity and as far as I understand the subject, some recent astronomical observations invalidated some theories like (some versions of ?) loop quantum gravity and some classical versions of MOND; string theories have serious troubles because they predict particles not yet observed; the Standard Model of particle physics uses objects which do not have a clear formalization in mathematics. So speaking of a category of all physical theories is a nonsense.
