Are Carnot groups ever CAT(𝜅) spaces?

Let $G$ be a free Carnot group of homogeneous dimension $d$, equipped with the Carnot–Carathéodory metric. Is $(G,d)$ ever $\operatorname{CAT}(\kappa)$ for some $\kappa\in \mathbb{R}$?
