Quadratic matrix equation for $X\in \mathbb{C}^{ n\times p}$ with Hermitian parameters

Let $A\in \mathbb{C}^{ n\times n}$ and $B \in \mathbb{C}^{p \times p}$ be Hermitian matrices with $p < n$.

Find matrix $X$ such that $X^*AX=B.$
