Pontryagin square, Postnikov square and their consistency formulas
$\mathcal{P}_2$ is Pontryagin square
$$H^{2i}(M,\mathbb Z_{2^k})\to H^{4i}(M,\mathbb{Z}_{2^{k+1}}).$$
