Seeking for a meaning: a curious symmetry
Suppose $\Phi(m,n)=(2m)!^n\prod_{k=1}^n\binom{2m+2k+x}{2k+x}$.
Then, algebraically, it is trivial to see that
$$(2m)!^n\prod_{k=1}^n\binom{2m+2k+x}{2k+x}=(2n)!^m\prod_{k=1}^m\binom{2n+2k+x}{2k+x}.$$

Expressions involving Eulerian numbers of the second kind: trying to show $\sum_{m=0}^{n} (-1)^m(m)m!(2n-m-2)!\left\langle\left\langle n\atop m\right\rangle\right\rangle\neq0$ for even $n$.
