Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
That simplifies the problem slightly, there remains writing $z_1 \in Z$ in terms of a spanning set. I believe I have a way of producing such a spanning set efficiently. It would be no use though unless the main problem is somehow easy.
