I had already tried the first method without much success. It works for $Com$, but it seems to be a very peculiar situation. I will read Mandell's paper. Can you tell me where exactly I can find this quasi-isomorphisme inside it ? And could it be possible rather to have a homotopy equivalence ? (if it is not, the conditions I was seeking would be quite pointless).
