When do binomial coefficients sum to a power of 2?
That is correct. The theorem that there is only one perfect binary Golay code is well known, often stated without a reference to a proof. The theorem in Erickson's book, however, is broader. It says that (23, 3) and (90, 2) are the only solutions to the question posed here, and /therefore/ there's only one perfect binary Golay code.
