Is there any good book about mathematical physics?

Is there any book that generally introduces/talks about mathematical physics as a whole and that emphasizes on maths, not physics, or is mathematical physics a general name to cover math subjects that cover quantum mechanics, relativity, hamiltonian systems, dynamical systems etc. ?

What is the difference between mathematical physics and theoretical physics? Are they actually the same thing?
