Let $X$ be a subset of $\mathbb R^2$ and $B$ be a disc of the same area as $X$. Set $X_\epsilon$ to be the $\epsilon$-neigborhood of $X$. Then $$area\\,X_\epsilon\ge area\\,B_\epsilon.$$
