Calculate percentage of symmetry of a given matrix?

I'm wondering if it'sIs it possible to calculate in a percentage that quantifies how symmetric a given matrix is. So f.e.?

For example, even if a given matrix is not symmetricalsymmetric, instead of just classifying it as "not symmetric", one can say that it's "symmetric with 80%""$80\%$ symmetric".

My overall goal is to get a kind of a "symmetry value"score" adding up values fromof different kindkinds of symmetry like(e.g., translational, rotational, etc).
