roadmap Roadmap for studying arithmetic geometry

hi everybody, I have already finished theread Hartshorne's algebraic geometryAlgebraic Geometry from chapter 1 to chapter 4, so I'd like to find some suggestions about the next step to study arithmetic geometry. I want to know that how to use the scheme theory and their cohomology to solove the arithmeic problem.Would you like to recommend me some of these kind of books and papers?

Thank you very much!

  • I want to know how to use scheme theory and its cohomology to solve arithmetic problems.

  • I also want to learn something about moduli theory.

PS: I also want to learn some materials about moduli theory, if you like, couldWould you please recommend me some books or papers  ? Thank you very much!
