I am a University Assistant Professor (Universitätassistent) in the Industrial Mathematics Institute (IMI) at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria. I studied applied mathematics at Temple University in Philadelphia and got my doctorate in May 2012. At IMI, I am working on inverse problems with industrial math applications. Primarily, my expertise is in Krylov subspace methods for structured systems, subspace recycling, and algorithm development for large, multiscale applications. More generally, I have interests in numerical analysis and numerical linear algebra. I also work on some data analysis projects on the side.
