Perhaps the QPA function ` AlgebraAsQuiverAlgebra` can be used to obtain what you want?

I tested the following small example:

    KG := GroupRing(K, G);
    
    A := AlgebraAsQuiverAlgebra(KG)[1];
    R := RelationsOfAlgebra(A);
