*Complex Variables: Harmonic and Analytic Functions* by Francis J. Flanigan

A nice little Dover paperback which turns the standard course on complex variables on its head. It begins by doing some multivariable calculus in the plane and harmonic functions, then proceeding to talk about complex numbers and to build analytic functions.
