I stumbled over this older question. I actually wrote a program, that takes the type of algebra (A,B,...,G), the rank, level, and appropriate root of unity as an input. It uses the associated quantum group to calculate the F- and R-symbols, as well as the modular data. It's currently slow. You can download the package from [GitHub][1].
