Deistel, Harary are to some extent for intermediate/advanced readers.

Some encycopedic resources are Handbook of Graph Theory, Handbook of Discrete and Combinatorial Mathematics, and are easy read.

By any means bondy-murty ranks first, assumed that readers are not below average.
