Hi,everyone. I am looking for an introductory textbook on moduli theory, I don't have good background on algebraic geometry(Hartshorne chapter1~4), could you please show some good books or roadmap for studying moduli theory which emphasis to arithmetic aspect?

how about Mumford's GIT? is it an introductory textbook?
