Is it consistent for ALL infinite stages $V_{\alpha > \omega}$ of the cumulative hierarchy of $\sf ZF$, to violate the weak partition principle? That is, each $V_{\alpha > \omega}$ can be parititioned into strictly more many compartments than its elements.
