Let $X$ be a smooth and proper variety over $\mathbb{Q}$. Then for each prime $p$ we have the representation $H^i_{et}(X\times \overline{\mathbb{Q}_p}, \mathbb{Q}_p)$ of $\mathrm{Gal}(\overline{\mathbb{Q}_p}/\mathbb{Q}_p)$.
