This inequality doesn't hold in general. It is false for instance for $m=8$, $n=9$: Set $X=7/10$, $Y=1$, and $Z=23/17$. Then $XY+YZ+ZX=3$, however $\frac{X^9}{X^8+Y^8}+\frac{Y^9}{Y^8+Z^8}+\frac{Z^9}{Z^8+X^8}<\frac{3}{2}$.
