Smooth morphism to homogeneous spaces and fibers

Let $f:X \to Y$ be a smooth morphism between projective varieties. Suppose $Z$ is a homogeneous space. Under what additional condition on $f$, can we conclude that every fibers of $f$ are isomorphic?
