Why is every l-adic Galois representation $$G_{\mathbb{Q}_p}\rightarrow GL_n(\mathbb{Q}_{l})$$ conjugate to one over the l-adic integers? $$G_{\mathbb{Q}_p}\rightarrow GL_n(\mathbb{Z}_{l})$$
