Besides the one mentioned in the answer of @SylvainMaillot, there is also Haefliger's paper "Complexes of groups and orbihedra" in the book "Group theory from a geometrical viewpoint" edited by Ghys and de la Harpe. | |

The key issue in that orbi-graph context is that the base point is (necessarily) at a singular point, and this introduces extra complications that are usually swept under the rug. But there is still a uniform definition that works. | |
