Sep 1 at 15:07 comment added okabe rintarou I am trying this exercise 12 years later, and my guess is that the image of 1-cocycle is the alternating sum of each component subtracted by one (as the map in III.Ex.4.6 suggests). Then if the isomorphism between the canonical sheaf and $\mathcal{O}(-3)$ doesn't change the difference of degrees between $x_0, x_1, x_2$, it should map to only symmetric (on degrees) 1-cocycle in Čech cohomology group with usual representation, which is nonzero.
