Besides the paper I mentioned above, there are several papers on the "Grishin Lemma": if $u\geq 0$ is a difference of two subharmonic functions, then the restriction of $\Delta u$ on the set $u=0$ is a non-negative measure. I believe you can prove similar results for the plurisubharmonic case.
