Because I am not sure that "having a closed form" and "being transcendental" are independent events which could very much affect the probability since the cardinality of numbers with a closed form representation is of the same cardinality as the algebraic numbers it seems reasonable that it is relevant.

I find this sentence to be difficult to accept since you are asserting something you claim will be impossible to prove.
