Of course, the CV is about what you have already done, but depending on your circumstances, there are ways to emphasize X and play down Y to suggest either what's going to happen in the near future, or further down the line. | |

But I have no idea what you mean when you talk about emphasizing different things for post-doc vs. tenure-track. This isn't at all obvious to me, in fact I hadn't heard this before. | |
