Deduplicated permutationsI'm thinking the result should just be combinations, no?

nCk = n!:
n ^ k for d >= k
n ^ k /- n ^ (k!(n  -k)! d) for d < k

Deduplicated permutations should just be combinations, no?

nCk = n! / (k!(n-k)!)

I'm thinking the result should be:
n ^ k for d >= k
n ^ k - n ^ (k  - d) for d < k
