I would like to elaborate on it further, but this does not fit the comment space, will do that in the main body of the question. As for the MathSciNet citation example, it is awful: why on earth the name of the author of the appendix goes to the title? I think this reflects the fact that MathSciNet is not ready (yet) to this (relatively) new "appendix" phenomenon. | |
