I have been very happy with Createspace, who give a good royalty rate, as they are an amazon company, and are very efficient. Of course you have to do the publicity yourself. I discuss this on pages.bangor.ac.uk/~mas010/orderbook.html although some details are out of date, since Booksurge has become Createspace. | |
