Mar 6, 2016 at 5:30 comment added reuns the last bound not depending on the particularities of $\mu(n)$ but only on the fact that $|\mu(n)| < C$ which implies that the regularized Fourier series $\displaystyle \lim_{\epsilon \to 0} \sum_{n=1}^\infty \mu(n) e^{2 i \pi n \alpha} e^{- \epsilon^2 n^2}$ converges for almost every $\alpha \in [0;1]$
