Sep 14 at 20:20 comment added kindasorta I am curious if it forms an algebraic stack and may be realized as a quotient of a scheme by a group, and whether apart from finitely many points perhaps with non-trivial automorphisms (where the action isn't free) it is representable by a scheme.
