Nov 24, 2010 at 17:02 comment added François Brunault In order to make your question precise, you would need to tell which Kato zeta element you're using, because there are so many :) Well, I assume you're asking whether the subgroup denoted $Z(f,T)$ by Kato lies is $H^1_{Iw}(\mathbf{Q}_p,T)$, is this correct ?
