Compare, for example, $\text{trace} \text{Sha}(E_D/L)$ \text{trace} \text{Sha}(E_D/L) to $\operatorname{trace} \operatorname{Sha}(E_D/L)$ \operatorname{trace} \operatorname{Sha}(E_D/L)—note the correct spacing in the latter. (For a frequently used operator, you can \DeclareMathOperator\Sha{Sha} and then use \Sha in place of \operatorname{Sha}; this is what @‍YCor did.) I have edited accordingly for the changes after @‍YCor's edit.
