Although I suppose one could obtain rounding behavior (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floor_and_ceiling_functions#Rounding) through the use of integer variables (switch between floor/ceiling functions depending on sign), which leads to MLD (Mixed Logical Dynamical) systems, which has been shown to be equivalent to PWAs in W.
