We will add a comment on this to the paper at the next revision; I will keep the question open for now as I was hoping that there might be an existing reference. (A small aside: if we are going to prescribe the values of the function at 0 and 1 in order to construct g, then I think we might as well take f(0)=f(1) to begin with, and take the image of the graph under e^{2\pi i z}.) | |
