In the Wiki you linked to, the paper of Moser that is cited is the correct one. If you don't read Italian, a very good summary of the main ideas of De Giorgi can be found in Maggi's lecture notes "DE GIORGI’S PROOF OF THE C0,α-REGULARITY THEOREM FOR ELLIPTIC EQUATIONS WITH MEASURABLE COEFFICIENTS"
Jun 2, 2023 at 16:14 | comment | added | Willie Wong | The super short version is this: De Giorgi solved Hilbert's 19th problem, stated for elliptic PDEs, while Nash solved the corresponding problem for parabolic equations; and Moser gave a different proof.
