May 20, 2023 at 3:44 comment added Karl Schwede Dear Schemer, it's an open question that if $X$ has globally $F$-regular type then it is log Fano type (ie, there exists a $\Delta$...). We can construct a $\Delta$ in each $p \gg 0$ but it's not clear that those $\Delta$ are the same (actually, there's no reason to assume they are).

May 19, 2023 at 23:25 comment added Schemer1 Thank you @KarlSchwede. In this particular case, $ X $ is a Mori dream space, so we do know that the Cox ring is finitely generated. I made edits in the post to clarify that.
