Aug 14, 2023 at 6:10 comment added H_Wang If a closed 2-sided singular minimal hypersurface $M$ admits a piecewise smooth strictly mean convex foliation of its neighborhood, then by maximum principle, starting from each leaf of this foliation will provide a mean convex MCF that converges to $M$ itself. Theorem 1.6 in this paper <arxiv.org/abs/2011.00548> provides criterion for such mean convex neighborhood to exist.
