Feb 1, 2023 at 23:10 comment added LSpice This seems not unrelated to the sort of linearisation techniques used in GIT; see, for example, Lemma 1.1(b) of Kempf - Instability in invariant theory, except that there $G'$ equals $G$ and we get to choose $m$ and the action of $G = G'$ on $\mathbb A^m$. I doubt your desired outcome is a formal consequence, but maybe the ideas are useful.
