I don't think one can objectively argue about whether one perspective is more or less intuitive. For example, for me, writing things out explicitly in the way that you do makes things much harder, not easier, to hang a geometric intuition on—but I understand that there are plenty of people who reason otherwise, and I definitely feel it's important to have both viewpoints available. | |
