TeX note: please do not end math mode mid-equation. Compare, for example, $f(z)=cg(z)$ $f(z)=cg(z)$ to $f(z)$=$cg(z)$ $f(z)$=$cg(z)$ . (Also, in general, it is better to use \operatorname than \rm for operator names. Here it does not make much of a difference, but there are situations where it can.) I have edited accordingly.
