Only one thing, when you write $3 \frac{\varepsilon}{\eta} \sum_{x \in F_{\alpha, \varepsilon}} |B_x (\delta_{x, \varepsilon})| \leq 9 \frac{\varepsilon}{\eta}$, could you have gotten away with $3 \frac{\varepsilon}{\eta}$ on the RHS instead? Since the sum in question is less than $1$ if I’m not mistaken. | |
