Jul 21, 2022 at 9:50 comment added David Loeffler If you read my answer carefully you will see that the two triangulations are not permutations of each other: they differ by interchanging the values on the uniformizers, but we don't swap the restrictions to $\mathbf{Z}_p^\times$.
