Jan 3, 2022 at 14:55 comment added Simon Forest I approve that but I would say that Street's paper was "not fully correct" instead of "wrong" :) As you said above, his paper still contains fundamental tools and ideas, which were necessary for me to find a fix, so that "wrong" feels to much discarding…

My reading of Street's corrigenda was correct, but the corrigenda were still wrong. You showed this in the counterexample on p. 13 of your paper.
