Aug 20, 2021 at 16:56 comment added Terry Tao A small remark: the infamous "1988 IMO Q6" concerns the solutions to the Diophantine equation $x^2+y^2-xyz-z=0$, which has $H=18$. Of course it has solutions (which can be analyzed by Vieta jumping, see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vieta_jumping#Standard_Vieta_jumping), so it doesn't directly give an example for this question, but it may still be an equation worth noting.
